Wow! Look at what Total Basement Finishing did for this homeowner! Talk about increasing the home's living space!
Before our Total Basement Finishing team came in, this basement was mainly used as a storage area, as seen in the first picture. The homeowners, however, wanted to make use of this space as a home gym and media center. Ron Marra, a basement expert, came in and helped the family decide what to do.
After CT Basement Systems waterproofed the basement, Eric Dobrzycki worked on transforming the basement into a beautiful living space. He installed our drop ceiling tiles, which are specifically made for basement environments and have a 30 year warranty against mold and sagging. The new basement also has EverLast wall panels, which are engineered to never get moldy or rot, unlike the traditional drywall.
The owners of this home were very happy with their new basement living space, which will last for years to come.
The owners of this Bethany home bought their house, which came with an unfinished basement, less than a decade ago. The homeowners wanted add more living space and value to their home. They contacted the experts at Connecticut Basemenet Systems to help them create the basement of their dreams. We installed our premier basement wall systems, the Everlast Wall System. The Everlast walls are not like dry wall in that they do not support mold growth. They are 197% stronger than drywall and will never damage due to moisture. To cover up and protect the cement flooring we installed our MillCreek Flooring which, unlike normal wood flooring, is made from PVC. Like our walls, our floor option does not support moisture and is the ideal choice in a basement. To finish off the basement, we installed our drop ceiling tiles which will never support mold and will not sag.
With our complete basement finishing systems installed, these homeowners can enjoy their comfortable basement and rest assured that all elements are waterproof!
