I had my entire basement finished by your company last month and wanted to let you know that my experience was an excellent one. I am always leery when dealing with contractors, as I am a widow and the Mom of  2 year old and have had many bad experiences with dishonest contractors in the past. Your salesperson Ralph was very nice and went over everything with me that I needed to know. Bill, the project manager, was very communicative and nice and prompt, thorough and organized and took care of a few issues that I experienced with the plumber.

But the number one thing that you need to know is that your team of workers/carpenters (Rich/Rosie/Bill) are true artisans. What Millwork! What masters they are! How nice they are and how much they care about what they do...what pride they show in their work!!! My basement is now a work of art. The team of Rich, Rosie and Bill was what really made it amazing...they are true craftsmen and put everything that they had, including caring, into my job. I could not be more pleased. Thanks for putting out a great product and a great service and for employing such wonderful people as part of your team. They made my day and basement!!!
