Basement Finishing Photo Album: From Basement to Beautiful Transformation in Madison, CT

This Madison, CT basement went through a total transformation! Originally, the space was not being utilized to its fullest potential because it was a dull, dark and uninviting area where no one wanted to enter. The homeowner wanted to get the full value of her home and decided to contact the experts at Total Basement Finishing, a division of Connecticut Basement Systems, after seeing a commercial of ours. She was impressed with our design ideas and solutions and decided to go through with the project.  Erik Dobrzycki, our Total Basement Finishing Foremen, installed all the products efficiently which transformed the basement to beautiful. Instead of the cold, unpleasant concrete walls and floors, Erik installed EverLast wall panels and ThermalDry Elite Light Pecan Flooring. These floors and walls are superior because they resist moisture and the flooring can stay up 10 degrees warmer than traditional concrete basement flooring. This automatically made a transformation, but the finishing touches are what makes this basement stand out from the rest. Ceiling linen tile was installed to really complete the entire basement. The post wrap always adds an elegant touch and hides those unpleasant support beams. The staircase is the first impression of the basement which is why the homeowner had the staircase transformed with mahogany stairs. A true transformation was done to the space and the homeowner is thrilled with the esthetics and the added value to he her home!
