SunWell Installation
After cleaning out the debris and adding a SunHouse window well on the outside of the basement window, the design now allows more sunlight to be gathered into the basement along with disallowing any debris inside the well.
Basement Pre-Production
This was what the basement looked like before any transformations were made. With a cold, concrete floor, water damaged corners of the room, and musty air, this basement was sure to look different after TBF was done with it.
Drainage Pipe Pre-Production
The initial breaking up of the basement floor to find the line that is supposed to pump water out of. The line is clearly clogged and needed cleaning and repairing to be operational again.
Smoothed Flooring over drainage pipe
This is what our crew did to hide the evidence that the discharge needed to be cleaned. It looks like nothing ever had to be fixed in the first place!
Well for basement window Pre-Production
The look of the outside of the old basement windows. It is clear that there is too much clutter which will have an effect on the amount of sunlight that can reach the basement.
New ThermalDry Flooring
With brand new ThermalDry flooring tiles installed on the basement floor, the floor now will stay at least 5 degrees warmer than the concrete floors ever could. By also not allowing any water vapors to come up through the floor, these tiles create a great combination of waterproofing and warmth to any basement.
