On the day of the appointment, Sales Representative Taz Petersen arrived at the home to inspect the basement and propose ideal products to be installed. EverLast Walls: EverLast Basement Wall Panels are NOT like drywall. Drywall with fiberglass insulation supports mold growth, will damage from moisture, and will lose insulation value when wet. They are made from 2 1/2 inch thick rigid foam insulation with 1/2 inch thick cement board cladding. The cement board is finished with an off-white vinyl surface treatment.
Ceiling Linen: Linen finish is our brightest and riches ceiling tile we offer. The benefits include: mold and sag resistant, access to plumbing and wiring, sound absorption, fire protection and is aesthetically pleasing and environmentally safe.
ThermalDry Flooring: This product has a warmer underfoot compared to stone or ceramic tile. It has a thermal break that keeps the tile surface 8-10 degrees warmer than concrete below. They will not absorb moisture or attract mold. And lastly, the tiles simply snap together with interlocking joints which means no mastic or grout is required!
After explaining in detail how the products and how the processed works, the homeowner was excited to move forward with the project.
